Plantar fasciitis is a very common condition. Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of lower foot pain.Common causes of plantar fasciitis are:
Repetitive high impact activities and exercises
New exercises and activities
Tight calf muscles
Being overweight/obese
A high arch
